Are all products handmade?
Yes, every item is crafted in our studio, from throwing on the pottery wheel to glazing. Small differences in color, shape, or texture may occur - that’s what makes each piece unique.
 

Is the pottery safe for food use?
Yes, all our tableware is food-safe. As a small, emerging studio, we have not yet conducted formal food safety testing. However, our production process is carefully monitored at every stage, and all materials and glazes we use are certified as food-safe. We use glazes and materials that meet required standards.

Can I wash the pottery in the dishwasher and use it in the microwave?
Most pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to extend their lifespan we recommend hand-washing and avoiding sudden temperature changes.

How long does order processing take?
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Lead time for custom-made items is determined individually.

How is the pottery packaged?
We pack every order carefully to ensure safe delivery, using sturdy boxes and eco-friendly fillers.

Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Yes, whenever possible we create custom projects. Please contact us to discuss the details.

What payment methods are available?

Currently, we accept payments by credit/debit cards and standard bank transfers. We're working on adding BLIK and other convenient online payment methods.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship orders outside of Poland. However, for larger orders, please contact us and we can arrange shipping individually.

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us with photos of the damage. We’ll quickly resolve the issue - by offering a replacement or refund.

Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days without giving a reason (this does not apply to personalized orders).
